    装修
    室内装修:
    只要不妨碍楼宇的建筑结构及整体观瞻,业主可依照自己的意愿装修其单位内部。如您要对室内墙壁作任何更改,请先向管理中心查询及申请,因有些是主力墙而不可随意拆除或更改,以免影响楼宇的安全。

    装修登记:
    如您需要进行装修,请先办妥装修申请手续,签署《装修管理协议》,领取装修工作证及督促装修工人在工作时携带工作证。装修工程完成后,请尽快交回装修工作证。

    废物处理:
    请勿将装修垃圾弃置于走廊、梯间或公共地方,以免一旦发生火警时对本身及邻居构成危险。我们(来自:www.jzr88.com)已安排装修废物收集站,请指示您所聘的装修商将装修废物搬运到指定的收集站,否则,清理费用将由有关业主/住户承担。

    更改室内对讲机:
    所有室内对讲机的移位及修理工程必须由管理中心指定的保安设备承办商办理,而费用由业主/住户负责。 否则,如整座楼宇的对讲系统因此受到影响而不能正常操作时,有关业主/住户必须承担所有修复费用。

    保安措施:
    保安措施是维护公共地方安全(不包括业主/住户或租户的人身保险及单元内之财产保管责任)。保安员已接受训令登记所有进入小区人士的身份证明文件,不便之处,敬希原谅。

    Decoration
    Internal Decoration:

    Owners/Residents are free to decorate their flats provided that no structural alterations or additions are made that may affect the structure or service system of the building. If you do plan to make any changes to partitioning walls, please apply for approval by the Management Center before commencing such work. Some of the walls are not load-bearing and can be removed or altered. However, some are load-bearing and any alterations to these walls will seriously affect the structure of the building.

    Registration for Decoration:
    If you decide to employ decoration contractors, you should complete the registration form and apply for the decoration Entry Permits. You should also instruct your contractor to observe the Rules and Regulations contained therein. When decoration work is finished, Entry Permits should be returned to Management Center.

    Debris Removal:
    Decoration debris, if left in the corridor and/or staircase, will be hazardous to yourself and other residents in case of fire. Please remove all the debris to designated refuse collection points. Otherwise, labour cost for removal of debris will be borne by you.

    The relocation and repairing works of the door phone in your flat must be carried out by the contractor nominated by the Management Center at owner’s expense. Otherwise, the entire system may be affected and the owners/residents concerned are responsible for the subsequent repairing cost.

    Security Control:
    For the public area safety sake (all personal belongings in the flat and the safeguard against individual are excepted), we have instructed our Security Guard to identify all persons entering the building. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
