建筑施工现场的4D可视化管理

[摘要] 本课题应用4D-CAD技术，结合当前施工现场管理的实际需求，研究开发4D建筑施工现场管理系统4D-CSMS（Construction Site Management System )。该系统将施工场地及设施的3D模型与施工进度计划相链接，动态模拟施工过程和场地状况，实现了3D施工场地布置和施工设施的动态管理。为提高建筑工地的管理水平和工作效率，提供了科学、有效的管理方法和手段。

Abstract：This research provides a 4D construction site management system 4D-CSMS (Construction Site Management System) based on 4D-CAD technology and the practice demands of construction site management. By linking the 3D models of construction site and all facilities with construction schedule, this system can simulate the construction process and site utilization, and achieve 3D site layout and dynamic management of all equipments and facilities. It provides a scientific and effective method to enhance management level and efficiency of construction site.
