别墅小区小区灭虫服务通知
尊敬的业主/住、租户:
大家好!为提供一个舒适的小区环境,本管理处按例请委外的保洁、绿化的单位再次开展对小区所有公共区域的沟渠、绿化地带和业主庭院绿化部份进行统一的进行喷药灭虫作业。请您户事先做好相应的准备。
1.时间定于2010年7月6日(周四)和7日(周五)上午8:00-下午17:00,
2.本次灭虫服务采用"氧化乐果"环保杀虫剂,适用于常见绿化病虫害,如:蚜虫、青虫、刺蛾等;
3.在喷洒期间,敬请避免儿童及宠物触碰药水或误食,如有不慎,请即先以大量清水冲洗与送医,并及时补充维生素K1和E;同时请对家中的水景加好盖子或做好遮掩,以免误伤鱼类;
4.本次属于免费庭院灭虫,(来自:www.jzr88.com)请在听到门铃声后开门,以便我们为您提供灭虫服务,小区庭院灭虫。如您不需要此次服务,请提前通知管理处前台;
5.雨天顺延;
6.在此期间如有噪音产生,尽请谅解。

Dear Owner and Tenants:
In order to provide a comfortable environment, we will arrange the cleaning and gardening company to spray the pesticide in sewer, green in public area and plants in your yard.
1.Time:8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on July 6th (Thursday) 7th,(Wednesday) 2010;
2.We use green insecticide "Dimethoate" this time. It applies to regular disease(e.g. aphid, caterpillar, etc.);
3.During this period, please keep your children and pets away from the garden or eating by mistake. If carelessness happens, we suggest going to the hospital and have had the Vitamin K1 & E in time. Please prepare a cover on your pool in case of hurting your fish;
4.We provide the pest control of free charge service for your garden this time. Please open the door when you hear doorbell ringing. If you don't want this service, please call the Property Management Office in advance;
5.This work is permitted to the fine weather, otherwise it will put off till next day;
6.Please pardon if it makes noise.
